In order to implement the sustainability goals, the Company established the Corporate Sustainability Committee on December 26, 2024, and formulated the Corporate Sustainability Committee Organizational Charter. The committee members are appointed by a resolution of the Board of Directors, with the President serving as the chairman who decides the appointment of the management staff for the Sustainable Project Management Office and all members possess professional expertise in corporate sustainability. At least one board director is involved in overseeing the process, participating in the formulation of corporate sustainability policies and goals, and ensuring the implementation of sustainability-related management.
The Committee comprises three members appointed by the Board of Directors: President Shyh-chyi Wong, Independent Director Chia‑ying Ma, and Independent Director Wen‑hsiang Lu. The following details the Committee’s activities for the year:
The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Management Office and Sustainability Project Management Office are established under the Corporate Sustainability Committee. The Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Management Office was established in June 2020 to assess operational risks (including climate risks), plan response strategies, and supervise management. The Sustainability Project Management Office was established in early April 2021, with the President serving as project coordinator and the Worldwide Logistics Office as the unit responsible for the Company’s sustainability (ESG) and risk assessment. The Sustainability Project Management Office comprises seven working groups—Corporate Governance, Customer Care, Supplier Cooperation, Environmental Sustainability, Employee Care, Social Care, and Product R&D. Representatives from various departments are appointed to form a team with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and experience, and they regularly report sustainability progress to the Board of Directors. The Company reported to the Board of Directors on the progress of its sustainability projects on December 26, 2024, with the approval of the directors. The sustainability report was also approved by the Board of Directors on July 31, 2025.

In 2021, RichWave established the Sustainability Project Management Office under the leadership of the President. Composed of department heads, the Office conducted a comprehensive ESG assessment based on seven major dimensions and implemented key corporate governance systems, including the risk management policy and the information security management policy, both approved by the Board of Directors. Project improvements focused on critical ESG topics highlighted by the Corporate Governance Evaluation. Additionally, the company launched its inaugural e-newsletter to enhance internal communication and promote corporate sustainability values. In 2022, the Sustainability Project Management Office joined the Product R&D Team, integrating sustainability performance into the development stage of the Company’s core products. Applying its technical expertise, the Office advances the Company’s sustainability and fosters a culture of sustainability from within. We continue to optimize our corporate governance system and improve sustainability performance. In the 11th (2024) Corporate Governance Evaluation results, RichWave's total score increased by 8% compared to 2023.
In 2024, RichWave created profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Youku, and actively participates in ESG-related social media activities. Dedicated staff has been assigned to manage social media operations, and a new sustainability news page has been added to the Company's website to provide stakeholders with the latest updates. RichWave was once again awarded and received the Platinum Award in the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry (second category) at the 2024 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA), marking its second consecutive year receiving the honor for the Best Sustainability Report. Moreover, RichWave received a Bronze medal in the 2024 EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment, ranking among the top 35% of its rated clients. RichWave will continue to forge ahead on the path to corporate sustainability.
