RichWave collaborates with Lehigh University’s Martindale Center (USA) to offer the “Martindale Student Associates Honors Program”

As the semiconductor industry remains highly competitive, talent sustainability is a global issue and a key element in maintaining corporate competitiveness. RichWave values talent cultivation, and has established a comprehensive recruitment, training, and retention system to strengthen employees’ professional capabilities and continuously improve its talent development system. The Company was invited to participate in the Lehigh University Martindale Center (USA)'s “Martindale Student Associates Honors Program.” This visit was part of a corporate itinerary for a Taiwanese delegation, during which RichWave presented the Company's business and technical capabilities to student and professor representatives. We also engaged in discussions on Taiwan's development and future trends as a global leader in the semiconductor industry. Through this industry-academia collaboration event, RichWave also helped young foreign students experience Taiwan’s semiconductor practices and explore international career opportunities, thereby enhancing the Company’s visibility, fostering global exchange, and promoting international talent mobility.

RichWave Sponsored the “ Surging Wave - 2024 International Exchange of Art

RichWave continues to promote a variety of high-quality art events, and is dedicated to fostering appreciation for the arts and culture, and advocating for an art-rich lifestyle. The theme of this exhibition is "Ink-like Painting," featuring 99 artists from various countries and showcasing 140 works in contemporary water ink, wax painting, silk painting, lacquer painting, and oil painting. The exhibition boasts diverse styles and rich content. As a sponsor, RichWave was invited to deliver a speech. We actively support arts and cultural creation and encourage participation from all sectors, with the hope of enhancing domestic cultural heritage and promoting it to the international stage.

RichWave Held an Art and Calligraphy Seminar, Creating an Accessible Space for Employees to Experience Art

RichWave has long been committed to supporting the physical and mental well-being of its long-term care employees by organizing a variety of themed activities and lectures to encourage active participation. Mr. Liu Shen-Fu, a renowned calligrapher, was invited to deliver a lecture on the beauty of calligraphy tailored for tech professionals, fostering an artistic ambiance among employees. The infusion of cultural arts brings positive energy to the workplace and reflects RichWave’s commitment to supporting the development of domestic culture, allowing distinctive local artistic talent to continue flourishing on the cultural stage.

Health Promotion

Organized the "Original Point - Health & Wellness Seminar and Massage Experience" health promotion activity to proactively care for employee health.

RichWave cares about the physical and mental health of its employees. In addition to health insurance, health checkups, and healthcare consultations, we proactively arrange health seminars and health promotion activities tailored to employees’ overall health status. In 2024, the "Original Point Medical Lecture and Experience" event will be held to promote the use of simple and accessible natural medicine in daily life. By applying pressure to original pain points, it can effectively heal injuries, relieve discomfort, and help the body self-recover and maintain health. The Company has adopted a proactive health management approach in this event, guiding employees to understand their physical condition and effectively and gradually improve and recover. Employees have responded enthusiastically and with positive feedback. Environmental and Ecological Conservation

RichWave Partners With the Society of Wilderness to Protect Rana Sauteri Habitat and Achieve Environmental Sustainability.

RichWave collaborated with the Society of Wilderness to organize the " Ecological Conservation Initiative at the Rana Sauteri Habitat in Dashanbei," with employees and their families forming a volunteer team to protect Taiwan’s environment and ecology. The volunteer team participates in environmental protection activities such as collecting litter, cleaning streams, and washing signs for amphibian conservation areas. Through these efforts, they gain a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s natural environment and strengthen their environmental awareness. Participating in ecological conservation activities with family members also enhances children’s observation skills of animals and plants, while fostering closer family bonds and interaction, ultimately building stronger parent-child relationships. RichWave continues to focus on natural and ecological sustainability, demonstrating our commitment to and practice of environmental sustainability.

Community and Charity Engagement

“Let Love Flow” – RichWave Sponsors Christmas Event, Inviting Disadvantaged Groups to Participate and Support Charity.

RichWave has observed that vulnerable families in Hsinchu, where the Company is located, face a heightened risk of resource scarcity due to the region’s fragile economy. In response, we actively participated in the “Rotary Family Christmas Charity Gala” organized by the Rotary Club of Hsinchu Chu Chain (3501 District). Centered around the theme “Sports and Dance for Charity,” the event was led by professional instructors and offered free admission to families identified by the Hsinchu County Social Affairs Department as requiring support. RichWave is committed to caring for local communities and actively supporting charity through actions. The company led the way by donating and purchasing tickets, and its employees enthusiastically responded by voluntarily purchasing and donating tickets to the “Hsinchu County Government Social Affairs Department - Emergency Relief Fund”. This event is specially designed for parents and children to enhance their understanding of physical expression through healthy movement, and to strengthen family bonds. The successful organization of this public welfare activity can promote integration and cohesion with local communities, and demonstrate RichWave’s specific ESG actions in giving back to society and caring for the underprivileged.

It also carries the power of education and promotion. In 2024, we sponsored the 22nd Ace Cup National Youth Tennis Tournament to promote domestic sports. By sponsoring sports development, promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports for all, achieving competitive excellence, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, communities, and the public, we embody and convey the spirit of corporate sustainability, realizing the best in positive sustainable development.
