RichWave offers a variety of Radio Frequency Front-End (RFFE) building blocks for 4G/5G smart phone applications. The RichWave 4G/5G product line includes high performance SOI/CMOS switch devices with low insertion loss and high isolation for main and secondary paths, antenna tuning switches with Low Ron to outperform TRP and TIS in the field, and a variety of high performance high/middle/low band LNA and GPS LNA. The entire product line is optimized for the best cost-performance with the minimum BOM in order to improve time-to-market for customers.
