CMOS radar sensors are widely used in lighting, security, smart home applications with its functions of motion detection, range measurement, presence detection, vital sign sensing, etc. As a pioneer and expert in RF technology, RichWave provides complete CMOS radar sensing solution from sensor IC, algorithms, to reference designs. Current portfolio contains 5.8GHz Doppler radar, 10GHz radar SoC and 60GHz AFE (Analog Front End) that supports various sensor signals. Reference antenna and board design and software sample codes are also available to facilitate customer's system design.
